DDTA Services Inc., offers two hour online substance abuse training courses to help supervisors identify employees impaired by drugs / alcohol in the workplace. We offer Reasonable Suspicion Training for DOT and NonDOT modes, as well as refresher training for supervisors and employees.
DOT Mode Specific Courses
DOT regulations and requirements are slightly different for each mode (FAA, FTA, FMCSA, PHMSA, USCG), and we offer courses tailored specifically to each one. These DOT courses satisfy the DOT 60/60 (2 hour) supervisor training requirement.
Drug Free Workplace
This course will help supervisors identify whether reasonable suspicion exists through physical, behavioral and other indicators of likely drug / alcohol abuse, and how to confront such abuse in the workplace. This training is suitable for both DOT and NonDOT supervisors.
Designated Employer Representative (DER) Course
The Designated Employer Representative is the individual authorized to receive test results on behalf of the employer, and is responsible for taking follow up action when necessary. The DER is also responsible for communicating company policy to employees. This course will provide a thorough understanding of a DER’s duties outlined in DOT regulation 49 CFR, Part 40. This course is suitable for both DOT and NonDOT programs.
A certificate of completion is available for each course, upon successful completion.
